60 Jahre Frecce Tricolore 2021

Die Visitenkarte der italienischen Luftwaffe feierte ein Jahr später als geplant im September 2021 ihr 60-jähriges Jubiläum. Gegründet 1960 in Rivolto bei Udine in Nordostitalien, gehört die Kunstflugstaffel zu den weltweit bekanntesten. Mit 10 Maschinen ist sie auch die größte fliegerische Formation im Bereich der Staffeln. Ausgestattet mit Aermacchi MB-339 präsentiert sie Ihren Zuschauer*innen ein einzigartiges Flugprogramm, was stets mit der Aerie Nessun Dorma von Luciano Pavarotti abgeschlossen wird. Vom 18. bis 19. September veranstaltete die Staffel eine Airshow für die Öffentlichkeit. Neben einer Vielzahl von Luftfahrtzeugen der italienischen Luftstreitkräfte waren auch diverse Gastteams vertreten.

The Ambassadors of the Aeronautica Militare Italia (Italy Air Force) the Frecce Tricolore Celebrate its 60th Anniversary, one year later than planned due to the worldwide Corona Pandemic. Formed at Rivolto in northern Italy back in the 1960s, the Aerobatic team is one of the most known in the world, as one of just a few teams flying with 10 Aircraft. Since their introduction, they're fascinating the Public with their breathtaking formations supported by Classic Italian Music around the globe. The 313° Gruppo Addestramento Acrobatico, Pattuglia Acrobatica Nazionale opened its doors for an Airshow to Celebrate its Anniversary on the 18th and 19th of September, beside the Italy Air Force, Display teams from around Europe performed in the Skies above Rivolto.

Besonders eindrucksvoll war die operationelle Leistungsschau der Aeronautica Militare. Hierbei wurde eine Evakuierung von Staatsbürger mit verschiedenen Flugzeugen und Hubschraubern durchgeführt. Leonardo HH101 Combat SAR Helicopter aus Rimini setzten Spezialkräfte ab, die mit Lockheed C130J ausgeflogen wurden. Eurofighter, AMX, Tornado und F35 in den Varianten A und B flogen Close Air Support (Luftnahunterstützung). Die Lockheed F35 folgt der Harrier nach und kann ebenfalls senkrecht starten. Diese Fähigkeit wurde ebenfalls zur Schau gestellt.

Quiet impressive was the Tactical Air Power demonstration by the Italian Air Force. They showed an evacuation of citizens. While the HH 101 CSAR (Combat Search and Rescue) helicopters inserted a special forces team, a mix of Eurofighters, AMX, Tornados, F-35As, and Bs provided air cover and Close Air Support. After the area was clear, a C-130J Hercules came in to pick up the team on the ground.
